Team History
In 2022 Team Jamaica competed in its first junior competition at the pandemic postponed “U21” World Lacrosse Championships in Limerick, Ireland. The team performed admirably and finished 9th in the world! At the time, this was the highest finish for a Jamaican Men’s sports team in a World Championship Competition. Many of the players from the original U21 team went on to represent Jamaica in the 2023 Men’s World Lacrosse Championships!

2025 U20 World Championship Tryouts
Location: Kingston Jamaica
Date: July 2024 (Application / Registration Deadline - June 2024)
Eligibility: To play for the U20 Jamaican Men’s Lacrosse Team, you must be Jamaican (born in Jamaica or parent or grandparent born in Jamaica). In addition, you must be within the age range for the 20225 games:
Players must be under twenty (20), so still 19 years of age, on 31 August 2024.
Players must be at least 16 years old at the time of competition (July 2025) to participate
